The Power Struggle

Power means, to control, we have the power; we are able to controlling others. Why must we have the power? They said they are born leader, they have the capability of being as the leaders, so they are able to do the controlling. By this way, by these thoughts, can we term them as they are power crazy? They said they have power which in turn makes them to have more money.  It is to say, having power; it is as good as having money. Having money, it is to say, having power, however does it means, having happiness? Having no fears of losing power? Having nightmares of not able to firmly grid the power?

Can we say, power was gained by authorization? Someone said “I hereby give you the authority and from now on use it” By the authorization, are we able to do anything that we wanted to do? As far as I am concerned, we may but not completely successful. We need to earn it, we need to earn the respects from others in order to discharge our duties associated with the power being given. By this way jobs in our hand, we shall carried out beautifully.

Instilment of fears into others to get the jobs done, it is this way created lots of sad stories. So far as office jobs are concerned, it is such a way most commonly done.  I must say any management of company who are practicing this method of controlling.  Either one of two things will happen; the company is constantly incurring losses. At the end of the not far away of the day, they will close shop for good.  Secondly, should there be any profits shown, it is, I believe it is not maximized.

Power struggle among the employees, it is very common to all organizations, public or private. Power Struggle is also prevailing among the children of the rich families.  There are power struggle in schools, universities and in groups, it is power struggling so long there are more than two persons. 

Is power struggle a hindrance to socially development and nation building? I would say that it is not. On the contrary, it is the power struggle gave birth, the modern society we are in now, and at least, it is my point of views.  However power struggle must be conducted without tricks, cheats, traps, frames and any others except by way of true talents and true popularity.

Power struggle could be clean out from persons who have the nature of having no desires, no eagerness to have something; no strong urge of getting something except the satisfaction of being something is done or achieved.

There is no end of power struggling, history is repeating on and on, good leaders come and good leaders gone.  There are many political systems, each of it, trying to get the best and good people to shoulders the duties of bringing betterment for the ordinary folks to live a life. So far but not so good, no one system is being perfected.

There is really nothing at all to have a system for a clean power struggle? It is really no formulae, no guiding, no standard rules to help us to have a clean power struggle? It seems it is the way has to be, we are hand tied and we can only leave it to the nature course of actions. Power struggle by its own ways, continuing to have its place, giving us the choices and it is our duties to see, to judge and to choose.  Wrong choices, we are suffered, good choice, we are better off.
